Retroflex can supply Protective Roll Covers to fit your anilox rolls, gravure rolls, and plate cylinders. You can now protect virtually any type and size of roll in your plant that will help save time and money.  These custom designed covers are made  of heavy vinyl constrution.  Removal and installation is made quick and easy through the use of a Velcro closure that is stitched to the cover. A business card size pouch with a clear window is stitched to the outside of the cover to allow for storage and quick access to documents concerning the roll (cell count, repeat length, service dates, etc.).  You may also choose to have your company logo placed on the roll cover.

SPECIFICS ON ROLL COVERS:

3-ply industrial 1/8" soft material; vinyl top, foam core, soft backing.

Vinyl top side: resistant to solvents
4" Velcro Loop Fastener on Front
2" Velcro Hook Fastener on Back
Clear vinyl identification window.
On the Standard covers: Edge protection adds .75" material on each end of roll cover.
On the Ultima covers: Edge protection adds 1.25" material on each end of roll cover.

Note: The difference between the Standard and the Ultima roll covers is that there is additional padding bonded to back.
Standard covers provide 50 times the protection of a bare roll. The Ultima provides 125 times the protection of a bare roll.
