Manual Valve Flushing Wash-Up System

This Manual Valve Flushing system supplies ink or cleaner to a single RADBS cavity using a single peristaltic pump and a single set of manual operated fluid diversion valves.   This system includes one (1) five gallon cleaner supply container, one (1) five gallon waste fluid container, one (1) five gallon ink supply container, one (1) Graymills peristaltic pump (motor is a 115v, 50/60 Hz single-phase motor) and all required valves and fittings to attach the unit to a Retroflex cavity.  Hoses will be included to allow this system to be located within 5’ from the press.  All of these components are located on an easy to move cart mounted on castor wheels.  A small and simple to operate control console is also located on the upper portion of the cart.  This system is design for operation in a non-hazardous area with water-based fluids only.  Other capabilities are available at additional cost.
