  Retroflex offers metal doctoring blade of highly refined white and blue steel to fit most open and enclosed Reverse Angle as well as Positive Angle (gravure type) Doctor Blade Systems. Retroflex stocks metal blade in a variety of sizes and configurations including stepped, straight, radius, and beveled edges.

• PLASTIC

  Retroflex offers plastic doctoring blade to fit most enclosed doctoring systems. The material is a hi-tech plastic that is said to last up to 5 times longer than conventional metal blade. It has a pre-beveled doctoring edge. Plastic blade is stocked in a variety of sizes to suit most applications.

• MYLAR

  Mylar and thin UHMW blade, primarily used as a trailing or sealing blade in most enclosed reverse angle blade systems, is stocked in a variety of sizes.

NOTE:

Whether you are doctoring an anilox or gravure and using an open type single blade unit or an enclosed reverse angle system, Retroflex can provide blade material to meet your needs. Sizes, configurations or materials other than shown are available on request.
