Retroflex, Inc. was founded in 1992 to supply custom designed equipment retrofits to the flexographic printing industry. These retrofits include the popular Retroflex Enclosed Reverse Angle Doctor Blade System (RADBS), Drying Systems, and Printers/Coaters.

Retroflex has quickly grown to become a custom designer providing a variety of equipment retrofits as well as a custom designer of complete lines of printing and coating machinery.

We put our diverse background of machine design into every project, allowing Retroflex to provide each customer with innovative design solutions to suit their individual needs. In addition to enclosed doctor blade systems, Retroflex has designed and manufactured Unwinds, Rewinds, Single and Multiple Color Flexographic Printers, Single and Two-Sided Gravure Coaters, Inspection Lines, Accumulators, Pull Roll Sections, Slitter Sections and Multi-Color Flying Imprinters. Retroflex has introduced several Standardized Lines of equipment, including the K-Series, T-Series, S-Series, and the Fox-Series presses.
